Description of Servo Motor Servo motor refers to the engine that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system. It is an indirect transmission device of subsidized motor and can control speed and position accuracy very accurately. Servo motor can converted the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft. It  is divided into two categories: DC and AC servo motor with the main feature that speed will decrease uniformly as the increase of the torque when the signal voltage is zero and without rotation phenomenon. Application of Servo Motor Servo motor is applied in very wide fields, which may be involved as long as the power source is needed and the accuracy is required. For example, machine tools, printing equipment, packaging equipment, textile equipment, laser processing equipment, robots, automatic production lines and other equipment that requires relatively high process accuracy, processing efficiency and reliability. OVERVIEW OF  SERVO MOTOR FOR GEARBOXES Accuracy: Closed-loop control of position, speed and moment is realized. Servo motors can overcome the out-of-step problem of stepper motors. Adaptability: Strong overload-proof ability. It can withstand three times of the rated torque load, especially for occasions with instantaneous load fluctuation and fast starting requirements; Speed: Good performance in high speed, generally the rated speed can reach to 2000-3000 rpm; Stability: It runs smoothly at low speed, and will not produce stepping operation phenomenon similar to stepper motor at low speed. Servo motors are applicable for occasions with high-speed response requirements ; Timeliness: The dynamic corresponding time of servo motor acceleration and deceleration is short, generally within tens of milliseconds; Comfort: The heating and noise of servo motors are obviously reduced.

Q: What's your lead time?

A:Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard product, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
