1. Precise Position Control
The angqular displacement of the stepper motor can be precisely controlled by the number of electrical pulses sent The angular accuracy canbe controlled within +0.09° without relying on any closed-loop feedback device.
2.Precise Speed Control
By controlling the electric pulse frequency, the speed of stepper motor can be controlled accurately.
3.The forward/reverse rotation of the stepper motor can be controlled by controlling the input sequence of the electric pulse.When the stepper motor is locked (the motor windings are energized, and there is no external rotating electric pulse instruction), the steppeimotor can still maintain a certain torque output.
4. Longer Life
The inside of the stepping motor is a purely mechanical structure, which does not need to be commutated by brushes or Hals, thus
reducing the probability of failure and increasing the service life.
