DG series precision hollow rotary actuator

DG series is the planetary gearbox with rotary flange output. Without the need for intermediate parts, it can be installed directly on the workbench or mechanical arm, and can also avoid the trouble of maintenance. Besides, such compact design makes DG hollow rotary actuator high accuracy positioning in a short time. The large diameter of DG hollow shaft gearbox allows for a higher achievable torsional stiffness. Such planetary gearboxes are particularly suitable in applications with changing directions of motion as well as complicated wiring and piping, which makes the device design more simple. DG hollow rotary actuators total has four models:DG-62,DG-85,DG-130,DG-200. DG-62 suits for 100W motor,the ratio is 5:1 DG-85 suits for 200-400W motor,the ratio is 5:1 DG-130 suits for 200-400W motor,the ratio is 10:1 DG-200 suits for 750-1KW motor,the ratio is 10:1

A: Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold developing cost and design charge.

Q: What's your lead time?

A:Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard product, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
