AAW/AATM-AS-CR is the steering gearbox with flange input. The humanized design allows user to install the steering gearbox on the motor more conveniently. The flange dimensions can be customized according to your motor sizes. Therefore, you have complete freedom to choose a correct motor. The output side of AAW/AATM-AS-CR right angle gearbox is hollow shaft with keyway, this is very suitable for the axis goes through the hollow shaft. The spiral bevel gear of AAW/AATM-AS-CR steering gearbox adopts high strength SCM415 material with tooth surface hardness of HRC60°~ HRC62°,which features the steering gearbox high efficiency and excellent rigid structure for the output loading changes especially for big occasions. AAW/AATM-AS-CR 90 degree steering gearbox has a wide range of rated torque from 9.5Nm to 2150Nm, applied to a variety of industrial machinery uses in transmission mechanism. The 90 degree steering gearbox is with the ratio 1:2-1:100, it can not only be used for change the transmission direction but also change the speed.
