Harmonic Drive Gear Reducer in Robotics SHG

 

SHG harmonic drive reducer is composed of three components: wave generator, fiexspline and circular spline. It utalizes the transmission mode of metal winding deformation. Through the breakthroght in tooth meshing & material, and processing accuracy, we successfully developed CSG, CSF, SHG, SHF, CSD and SHD series harmonic drive gearboxes.

 

 

The SHG/SHF combination harmonic gearboxes are mainly structured by component sets. The cross roller bearing inside the harmonic drive is with high precision and high rigidity, it is used for holding(main bearing) external loading.
